Sahara Hookah Lounge is an eccentric and fast-paced environment that serves Hookahs and appetizers while presenting themed nights to promote community and relaxation. SHL is the most authentic Hookah Lounge in the Midwest. A safe, relaxing & stimulating space located in the middle of the Tri-State area in Sharonville, Ohio.

We are looking for Servers, Runners, Cooks & Hookah artists to uphold our positive company culture. We look for individuals that can maintain a positive attitude while ensuring our establishment, guests, and products their priority. Individuals who are reliable, punctual, able to multitask, and self-motivated should not hesitate to apply.

Shifts Available:

Open Daily: 11:00 am - 3:00 am w/ potential to stay till 3:30 am for impromptu meetings

Afternoon / Evenings / Late Night shifts

Job Type: Part-time

Shifts: 11am-3pm / 11am-7pm / 3pm -7pm / 3pm -11pm / 7pm -11 pm / 7pm-3am /11pm-3am

Positions for Hire:

A. Servers

Responsibilities:

● Greet clientele

● Taking orders

● Order fulfillment

● Fulfilling opening and closing duties

● Product sales

● Promotion of events via social media

● Stock Product

● Clean/Sanitize

● Take/Stock inventory

Experience:

● Sales

● Customer Service

● 1-year serving experience (with reference letter)

B. Runners/EXPO (As Needed Position Open Weekends ONLY, potential to work

during the week nights)

Responsibilities:

● Run orders to patrons

● Deliver prepared Hookahs

● Deliver hot coals

● Fulfilling opening and closing duties

● Stock Product

● Take/Stock inventory

● Clean/Sanitize

Experience:

● Understanding of Butane and Heating components for Hookah coal

preparations desired

● Customer Service

C. Cooks

Responsibilities:

● Food preparation

● Cooking

● Take/Stock inventory

● Fulfilling opening and closing duties

● Stock Product

● Clean/Sanitize

Experience:

● 1-year kitchen experience (reference letter required, or strong willingness

to learn)

D. Hookah Artist

Responsibilities:

● Understand/Know Sahara signature hookah preparation techniques

● Fulfilling opening and closing duties

● Hookah per day preparation

● Stock tobacco/ Sahara Store

● Recall house shisha recipes

● Ability to create desirable/complimentary favors when requested

● Clean/Sanitize

● Stock Product

● Take/Stock inventory

Experience:

● 1-year Hookah preparation (with reference letter) or willingness to

participate in a preparation drill to assess knowledge

Compensation: Wages are hourly and depend on experience—bonuses are monthly and based on referrals, social media activity, sales, and overall job performance.

Server: $4-$6 an hour plus gratuity, tips, commission, bonuses,

Cook/Hookah Artist: $11-$15 an hour plus bonuses

Runners (WEEKENDS ONLY / POTENTIAL TO WORK WEEK DAY MID-SHIFT): $9-$13 an hour plus tips and bonus per manager discretion

Team Leaders: In house promotion eligible after working for 3 months

Compensation reviews are held every six months with increases depending on performance and at Management's discretion
